A completed headless-commerce delivery with a custom storefront, CMS and operational integrations.

Overview

Overview

A commercial online store with decoupled storefront and commerce backend. The work covered the customer experience, CMS-managed content, and operational and administrative customization.

Problem

Problem

The brand needed a modern store where presentation could evolve independently from catalog, order, payment and content management.

Solution

Solution

The final Nuxt/Vue storefront consumed Medusa commerce services and Payload CMS content. Payment integrations, Redis caching and Admin adaptations supported day-to-day commerce operations.

My role

My role

I was responsible for the headless architecture, storefront and backend implementation, integrations and operational back-office customization.

Architecture

Architecture

Nuxt/Vue formed the customer layer, Medusa handled commerce, Payload managed content, and Redis supported backend performance and processes. Service boundaries allowed the layers to evolve independently.

Engineering challenges

Engineering challenges

The work required consistency across catalog, cart, payment and content systems, plus an operationally clear Admin experience. Historical stack migrations are not presented as one simultaneous architecture.

Results and current status

Results and current status

The commercial delivery is complete and no longer publicly live. It remains a headless-commerce case study; no stale Live URL or private source is exposed.
